I can t figure out what is causing it to not dry in some areas but in those areas it is sticky and tar like as opposed to being like a rubber coating as in the dry areas. It is still tacky and when i pick them up my hands pull a little of the paint off turning them slightly black. I had some automotive undercoating in an aerosol can made by duplicolor which seems to dry thouroughly about 80 of the time. Ok i got my new sliders and wiped them down primed them with one coat of rust oleum primer then three coats of rust oleum undercoating spray and it looks great but it has not completely dried. Do not use near open flame.
